My 2015 would already have had this updated version of the pull switch. The SM said the same as xcopterdoc, that there was an older version of the pull switch which would fall down if you hit a bump when the detents wore over time. My sales guy mentioned to the service manager that there was a newer switch and I asked about the newer rocker style. I opted to bring it in since I didn't have to have it. They said they would just give me a switch if I wanted to change it out myself. I stopped by the dealer to see if I needed to schedule an appt since it was under warranty. Had I not had to shut down I could run it for a couple hours just fine. It was fine when cold but if the machine was hot, and I shut it down to move a stick or get a drink of water the PTO would either not start up at all, start up and cut out.
I had posted here that my Z950R had an intermittent issue with the PTO.
